NTT DATA currently seeks an IT Project Manager to join our team for a remote position.
Summary:
The IT Project Manager assembles a project team, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Often actively manages stakeholder partnerships and mitigates risks. Familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. When managing programs, oversees the interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects, and sets strategies and program execution to deliver longer term business value. Can possess specialized knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks used to manage risks and issues unique to technology projects. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.
This position will also maintain our IT Audit Management process related but not limited to SOX, HiTrust, etc. The project manager will work in coordination with our IT auditor to collect and compile any necessary evidence as well as become the subject matter expert on all aspects of the audit process.
Role Responsibilities
- The IT Project Manager oversees various system projects and/or programs of a highly complex nature.
-The IT Project Manager assembles and leads project team, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops schedules to ensure timely completion of project.
- They will work closely with the individual development and support teams to compile labor and scheduling impacts to convey to the Business partners.
- Actively manages stakeholder partnerships, helps set expectations, and mitigates risks.
- Familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
- When managing projects, oversees the interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects, and sets strategies and leads project and team to meet timelines and remain within budget limits.
- Can possess specialized knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks used to manage risks and issues unique to technology projects.
- Maintains project artifacts, project plans, tactical roadmaps and provides input to scrum team to maintain traceability within Azure DevOps.
Required Skills/Experience
- PMP Certification
- SAFe Agile certifications
-Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, technical design and practical implementation of IT solutions Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
-Longevity working in data warehouse, decision support, claims management and reporting system environments Working knowledge of Oracle and IBM Relational Database Management Systems, executive information systems and statistical software packages
-Comprehensive knowledge of development languages, tools, and utilities, including Cobol, CICS, DB, ASP, COM, .Net, QLik and SQL.
- Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification
-Experience in the health solutions industry

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
