Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Provide financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business expansion.
Financial Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial reporting standards.
  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure timely submission of MIS reports.
  • Establish internal controls to minimize financial risks.
Fundraising & Investment Management
  • Assess funding needs and advise on investment opportunities.
  • Manage banking relationships and negotiate financing options.
  • Oversee capital structure and debt management.
Cost & Risk Management
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize financial efficiency.
  • Develop risk management strategies to mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators.
Business Growth & Advisory
  • Support strategic decision-making with financial insights.
  • Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and expansion planning.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align financial goals with business growth.


Requirements
Qualifications
  • 15+ years in finance, accounting, or CFO roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Qualification: CA/CPA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting abilities. 
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software. 
  • Deep understanding of international taxation, compliance, and corporate finance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
  • Preferred: Experience in handling global financial operations, especially in markets like Australia, South Africa, Indonesia, and Russia.
