RATE: Php 178.57 per hour

JOB OVERVIEW:


We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Specialist to ensure accurate financial data and optimize our billing processes in CharmEHR. This role involves creating structured invoice packages, improving data accuracy, and developing training materials to streamline our financial operations.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Ensure that packages are created correctly in CharmEHR to improve financial data accuracy.

  • Develop and implement standardized invoicing processes to prevent errors.

  • Create training videos and documentation on proper invoicing procedures for internal team use.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot any discrepancies between CharmEHR and QuickBooks, ensuring seamless data integration.

  • Work closely with the accounting and administrative teams to enhance billing efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, or healthcare finance.

  • Proficiency in CharmEHR and experience integrating data with QuickBooks.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to create structured financial processes.

  • Excellent communication skills and experience in creating training materials.
