Account Executive

United Data Technologies (UDT) is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our Strategic Growth Organization (SGI). This role is pivotal in driving the expansion and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working as a Microsoft field seller or as a Microsoft partner, with an added advantage for those with experience in the cybersecurity domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem and cybersecurity sector.
  • Present, articulate, and negotiate UDT’s value proposition to prospective clients clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to meet clients, attend conferences, and represent UDT at industry events.
  • Work closely with Microsoft’s sales teams to co-sell solutions, leveraging Microsoft’s resources, expertise, and market position to drive joint sales initiatives and achieve mutual business objectives.
  • Build and nurture partner relationships to enhance business growth and expand market reach. Work with partners to develop joint strategies and ensure mutual success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Microsoft field seller or Microsoft partner.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity arena is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
