As a Sales Development Representative (Appointment Setter), you will be responsible for reaching out to potential patients, introducing them to our services, and scheduling appointments. Your goal is to engage with leads, build rapport, and ensure a seamless experience for individuals seeking chiropractic care.
Make outbound calls to prospective patients who have expressed interest in our services.
Follow up on inbound leads via phone, email, and SMS to schedule appointments.
Educate potential patients on the benefits of chiropractic care and answer basic inquiries.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Confirm appointments and send reminders to reduce no-shows.
Handle objections professionally and effectively to maximize appointment conversions.
Collaborate with the front desk and healthcare providers to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-ups.
Proven experience in an appointment-setting, telemarketing, or sales role.
Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone presence.
Ability to handle objections and confidently guide prospects toward scheduling an appointment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable working with a CRM system to track calls, appointments, and lead status.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a positive attitude.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or chiropractic industries is a plus.
