The Reimbursement Systems Specialist is responsible for the implementation of SignHEAR powered by DocuSign and Brightree system support which may include but not limited to onboarding management, system maintenance management with both internal and external customers, Brightree and ERP system reconciliation, analyzing and troubleshooting trending issues, escalation triage ensuring customer satisfaction is highest priority, acting as a liaison between cross functional teams and provide an excellent customer and business partner experience.

Ability to systematically analyze problems, draw relevant conclusions, and develop an appropriate action plan to resolve issues.
Experience operationalizing SignHEAR, Brightree, Oracle, Salesforce preferred.
Ability to work cross functionally and successfully complete essential functions.
