Position: Installation Technician

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with equipment installations, assembly, and maintenance.
  • Deliver and position equipment using lift-gates, ensuring proper operation.
  • Drive service and delivery vehicles to various locations.
  • Support Service Technicians and office teams as needed.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance job safety and technical expertise.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Train other technicians and share your expertise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A High School diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Basic skills in welding, hydraulics, plumbing, soldering, and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and box trucks (certification provided if needed).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and customer service focus.
  • Preferred: Class B CDL, experience with commercial kitchen equipment, and proficiency with hand and power tools.

What to Expect:

  • Work on rooftops, ladders, and in varying environmental conditions (hot, cold, noisy, or slippery).
  • Lift up to 50-75 lbs regularly and drive up to 8-10 hours per day.
  • Overnight travel 2-3 nights per week, with schedules planned well in advance.
