Wir sind derzeit auf der Suche nach einem Business Manager (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Wuppertal.
Aufgaben
• Work closely and support the Business Director in all customer related topics for the assigned accounts
• Responsible to achieve the yearly budget target, for the assigned accounts
• Manage and execute short- and mid term strategy for the accounts assigned in accordance with overall business and account strategy
• Manages and oversees strategic projects
• Lead and coordinate key projects to further improve productivity of the accounts assigned
• Build and maintain sustainable relationship with Engineering, Procurement and Paintshop management for the defined customers including preparation, analysis, coordinating and discussing of contracts with the customer, definining KPI’s to monitor and improve ongoing LTA’s with the customer, identifying and reporting back to Customer Business Director key initiatives and strategic intent
• Preparing and actively participating in meetings with Purchasing, Paint Shop and Process Department as well as Senior Director meetings
• Responsible to identify business, market and product opportunities and develop value proposition and implementation strategies
• Forecast and develop sales quotas for accounts/regions projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
• Forecast, track, report customer/business needs, industry trends and performance indicators
• Process analysis and research as well as preparing data and presentations for decision process (e. g. as part of RFQ preparation, price/contract negotiations, customer visits)
• Build, lead, and develop the assigned team, overseeing Sales and supporting Service Management and Program Management including direct and indirect reports; build succession and talent within the business and the region
• Willingness to travel to customer and Axalta sites
• X-functional information sharing and alignment on business impacting projects
Qualifikationen
• Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Teamgeist
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
• Bildungsabschluss – mindestens Bachelor
• Reisebereitschaft
• Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch – sehr gute Kenntnisse
