Job description

Salary: 9 700 - 13 400 PLN gross (Contract of Employment)
11 600 - 16 000 PLN net (B2B)
Location: Krakow (remote/ Poland)

What you will do:

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and identify potential clients
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their business challenges and offer creative branding solutions
  • Lead client meetings and present the agency’s branding and communication services
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that highlight the agency’s capabilities and creative approach
  • Tailor proposals to meet client-specific needs, showcasing how the agency adds value to their business, and estimating project costs in alignment with client budgets
  • Negotiate collaboration terms and agreements with clients to secure win-win outcomes
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and continuous communication with clients
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment
  • Continuously learn about agency operations and expand your knowledge in branding and communication
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to explore new business development areas
