Senior Marketing Technology Manager - Sales Enablement & Revenue Operations

 

Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced marketing technology leader to serve as the critical bridge between our sales and marketing organizations. In this role, you will design and optimize our sales enablement technology stack, ensuring seamless integration between marketing and sales platforms to drive revenue operations excellence. You'll be responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of our revenue tech stack, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Demandbase, Drift/Qualified, and their integrations with our broader marketing technology ecosystem.

 

You will work closely with sales operations, marketing technology, and revenue teams to optimize the buyer journey, enhance sales productivity, and ensure data integrity across all platforms. As a key member of the marketing technology team, you will collaborate directly with sales leadership, marketing technology administrators, and executives to achieve SMART goals aligned to revenue targets and operational efficiency.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Revenue Tech Stack SME – Subject matter expert on our sales enablement platforms (Salesforce, Salesloft, Demandbase, Drift/Qualified) and their integration with marketing automation and other core martech platforms.

  • Sales & Marketing Technology Architecture – Work collaboratively with sales ops and marketing technology teams to design and implement a cohesive technology stack that enables seamless lead handling, account-based strategies, and sales engagement.

  • Lead Management & Routing – Own the technical implementation of lead scoring, routing, and qualification processes ensuring proper handoffs between marketing and sales teams.

  • Revenue Operations Optimization – Design and implement processes that optimize the collaboration between marketing and sales, including lead lifecycle management, attribution modeling, and conversion tracking.

  • Data Governance & Integration – Ensure data consistency and integrity across all platforms, managing field mapping, data cleansing, and system synchronization.

  • Analytics & Reporting – Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks that provide visibility into the full revenue funnel, from marketing engagement through sales closure.

 

Other Duties Include

  • Build and maintain sales enablement technology roadmap aligned with business objectives

  • Create and optimize workflows for lead management, account-based marketing/selling, and sales engagement

  • Ensure proper implementation of conversational marketing and sales strategies through platforms like Drift/Qualified

  • Monitor and optimize system performance, including lead routing SLAs and data sync efficiency

  • Document technical processes and train both sales and marketing teams on platform best practices

  • Drive adoption of new tools and features across sales and marketing organizations

  • Manage cross-functional projects to enhance revenue operations effectiveness

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, sales operations, or revenue operations

  • Demonstrated experience with sales enablement platforms (Salesloft, Outreach) and ABM tools (Demandbase, 6sense)

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and their integration with sales tech

  • Experience implementing and managing conversational marketing platforms (Drift, Intercom)

  • Advanced knowledge of data management, integration patterns, and API architectures

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue attribution modeling

  • Excellent project management capabilities with ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives

  • Superior communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences

  • proven track record of building consensus across sales and marketing organizations

 

Highly Desirable

  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder)

  • Experience with revenue operations in B2B enterprise environment

  • Knowledge of sales methodology frameworks (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)

  • Experience with sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

  • Background in both sales and marketing operations roles

  • Experience with CPQ and quote-to-cash processes

  • Knowledge of privacy regulations and their impact on sales and marketing data management
