Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD (based on experience)

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and retain top-tier Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This role may be split into two focus areas:

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Backend Focus): Online job postings, social media outreach, and proactive recruitment strategies.

Recruitment Coordinator (Frontend Focus): Candidate interviews, university partnerships, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Development:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract RBTs and BCBAs.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and referrals.
  • Leverage job boards, professional organizations, and social media platforms to connect with potential hires.


Community & Industry Outreach:

  • Build relationships with universities, certification programs, and ABA training institutions.
  • Partner with professional ABA organizations and local networking groups to attract top talent.


Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring ongoing engagement.
  • Organize informational webinars and networking events for RBTs and BCBAs.
  • Track and maintain a database of potential candidates.


Innovative Recruitment Strategies:

  • Implement creative sourcing methods, including headhunting and passive candidate engagement.
  • Utilize employee referral programs to increase recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to refine hiring strategies.


Collaboration & Process Optimization:

  • Work closely with leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring goals.
  • Streamline the hiring process to improve candidate experience and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Stay updated on ABA industry hiring trends and workforce demands.


Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR (experience in ABA or healthcare preferred).


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of ABA, including RBT and BCBA roles and certification requirements.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, social media recruiting, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on compelling job descriptions and outreach messages.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or special education recruitment. (similar fields)
  • Established connections with ABA professionals, training programs, and professional organizations.
  • Experience organizing job fairs, webinars, or community outreach programs. (nice to have)
