Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic enterprise customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach to business development, sales, deep understanding of geospatial technology and cloud computing workflows and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.



What you'll do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for select strategic enterprise customers, building and maintaining relationships with executive and management-level decision-makers.
  • Lead account strategy and provide direction throughout the post-sales process to drive customer success and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Management team to ensure seamless implementations, high adoption rates, and identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with the Vice President of Global Sales to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by facilitating maximum value realization from our solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM, tracking deal progress, account activity, and revenue forecasts.
  • Cultivate deep product knowledge of TomTom offerings, enabling you to provide valuable feedback to product teams and deliver outstanding customer support.
  • Demonstrate excellence in product-market-fit analysis, proposal development, negotiation, presentation, and closing strategies to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales tactics and strategies that drive customer success.
  • Bring map and geospatial analytics ecosystem depth and a customer/market network
  • Consistently exceed assigned sales quotas and performance objectives.


  • What you'll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferably with a geospatial focus). MBA a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in cloud computing and data-driven workflows across platforms such as Azure, ArcGIS, and others.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, SaaS sales, business development, or geospatial data product licensing.
  • Proven track record of success in high-velocity, enterprise data sales using a "land and expand" partner driven go-to-market strategy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and drive geospatial technology adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, establish, and leverage VP/C-level relationships to drive business growth.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to produce consistently high-quality, accurate written work.
  • Willingness to travel, including occasional international trips.
