As a People Success Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with all leadership structures in your assigned teams, as well as the entire People & Talent team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partner with our Tech teams to ensure they are high-performing, engaged, and supported
Coach and advise managers, providing clear, steady guidance to help them navigate challenges with confidence and to support them to set up their teams for success
Manage team member relations issues, including performance concerns, grievances disciplinary actions if necessary, ensuring all our team members are treated with empathy and fairness
Be knowledgeable and considerate of the complexity of supporting a fully remote team, across almost 60 countries. Both by being knowledgable about employment law, and cultural nuances
Support leaders in ensuring People's OKR’s are met, such as regular Performance Reviews, Compensation Reviews, talent development and engagement initiatives etc.
Design and implement People programs that form part of our People OKRs such as job leveling frameworks, performance management enhancements, and engagement strategies
Working closely with the People Operations team to support and share feedback on policies and processes
Support with yearly Headcount Planning & Forecasts with the People Director, Talent, and Hiring Managers
Serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders, offering insights that drive both business and People success
Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture that fosters growth and collaboration
Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Strong international business partnering experience in startup/scale-up: You’ve worked with various stakeholders across multiple countries, advising on both day-to-day and strategic People matters
Exceptional prioritization skills: You know how to juggle projects and requests, keeping stakeholders informed while staying focused on what matters most.
Customer-centric approach: You’re passionate about delivering a great People experience and handle interactions with attention to detail, sound judgement and discretion in confidential or sensitive situations.
Passion for building: You enjoy creating and shaping People programs whether it’s refining performance management, enhancing engagement strategies, or supporting leadership development.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management: You’re a strong communicator who can influence and build relationships at all levels. You establish trust early on and guide with a steady, consistent approach, staying calm even when the pace picks up. You’re clear, direct, and empathetic, not shying away from tough conversations.
