Work Conditions

  • Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps (constant).
  • PHP 40,000 to PHP 70,000 per month.
  • 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Philippines Time, Monday to Friday (Aligned with UK time).
  • Required to work during the Philippines Holidays.

About the Role

The Graphic Designer will report to the Marketing Coordinator, who is based in the UK. This role requires close collaboration with global colleagues, including marketing teams, social agencies, and other key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Branding: Create logos, labels, packaging, brochures, banners, social media assets, and presentations.
  • Video Editing: Develop and edit marketing and advertising videos.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure alignment with brand guidelines across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator, social agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to GHS/CLP and other industry labeling regulations.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on design trends to enhance creativity and engagement.


Experience & Software

  • 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, layout, and composition.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other Adobe products).
  • Experience designing for multiple platforms and marketing channels with a focus on conversions.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing.
  • Familiarity with UX principles to enhance user-friendly designs.
