Role Overview:

As a Client Relations Officer, you will serve as a key liaison between our organization and our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining positive relationships. Your role is vital in fostering client satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Address inquiries and requests from potential and existing clients, effectively communicating their needs to the relevant teams.
  • Manage new client inquiries via email and WhatsApp in a timely manner.
  • Follow established procedures to escalate unresolved issues to internal teams.
  • Cultivate trust and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Introduce new products to both existing and new customers.
  • Collect user feedback on products and services, providing valuable insights to our business and technology teams.
  • Actively promote products and services to the public, contributing to ongoing market success.
  • Conduct product testing to gauge client interest before launch.
  • Provide support to various teams as assigned.
