We are seeking a highly analytical QA Compliance Analyst to play a key role in our Quality Assurance (QA) and Compliance operations. This position is essential for managing compliance audits, regulatory documentation, and quality control processes across multiple global markets. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven thinker with strong problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and implementing process improvements to ensure continuous compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Analyze quality data, audit findings, and compliance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop data-driven insights to enhance internal QA processes and documentation efficiency.
Investigate root causes of non-compliance and recommend corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
Monitor global regulatory updates and assess their impact on internal compliance strategies.
Compliance Audits & Quality Control
Conduct internal audits to ensure packaging compliance across different markets.
Verify compliance of TGA listings & Final Product Specifications (Australia).
Ensure Health Canada listings & Final Product Specifications are aligned.
Proofread master formulations, product specs, and packaging for global markets (USA, EU, AUS, UK).
Review packaging artwork for all products to ensure accuracy and compliance.
External Audits & Supplier Compliance
Conduct external audits to verify manufacturer compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
Ensure manufacturer onboarding & compliance documentation is up to date.
Validate raw material Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to align with product specifications.
Ensure manufacturers provide batch release documents consistently.
Documentation & Regulatory Compliance
Organize and maintain manufacturer & 3rd party testing records for global markets (USA, Canada, Europe, UK, Australia, Asia, Middle East).
Oversee Amazon-related testing & 3rd party certifications (e.g., USA NSF/Non-GMO Projects).
Create and manage Corrective and Preventative Action Reports (CAPA).
Prepare and oversee Change Control Reports related to product artwork updates.
Communicate artwork revisions across relevant departments to ensure consistency.
Maintain a structured document filing system to ensure quick access to compliance records.
