An amazing opportunity exists to work with an Australian company for an experienced, vibrant, and high-energy Executive Assistant.
A highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative and bookkeeping support. The ideal candidate will have experience in general bookkeeping, reconciliation, and balancing books, along with proficiency in Xero. Additionally, the role requires social media management skills, including content creation, posting, and engagement. Prior experience with Australian bookkeeping practices is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination.
Perform general bookkeeping tasks such as reconciliation, book balancing, and financial record-keeping.
Utilise Xero for invoicing, payroll, and financial transactions.
Assist with budgeting and financial reporting as needed.
Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, creating content, and engaging with followers.
Coordinate and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.
Conduct research and prepare reports as required by the executive team.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support as required.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Bookkeeper.
Strong background in general reconciliation, balancing books, and bookkeeping.
Experience in the following tools: • Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks • CRM, Trello, Asana • Canva
Experience with social media management, content creation, and engagement.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Australian bookkeeping practices is a plus but not required
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php35,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
10 days annual leave credits

9.Permanent work-from-home role.You will have to use your own internet.
