We are looking for a compassionate and empathetic Customer Care Specialist to support and guide clients on their weight loss journey. Reporting to the Director of Customer Care, this role focuses on patient retention, satisfaction, and long-term success by building strong relationships, handling inquiries, and providing encouragement and support throughout the client's journey.
Responsibilities:
● Proactively reach out to clients to provide support, answer questions, and ensure adherence to their weight loss program.
● Handle customer inquiries with kindness, patience, and empathy.
● Manage communications via phone, chat, text, and email to ensure timely and effective support.
● Assist in scheduling appointments, refilling prescriptions, and resolving concerns.
● Monitor and create emails, follow-up emails, and email drip campaigns to keep clients engaged.
● Monitor client progress and provide recommendations for better outcomes.
● Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
● Work with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
● Collaborate with the Customer Care team to develop and implement strategies that improve client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
● At least 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or medical industries).
● Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport with clients.
● Experience working in a sales-oriented or retention-based environment preferred.
● Exceptional communication skills—must be able to build trust and rapport with patients.
● Perfect English fluency and clear pronunciation required.
● Proficiency in CRM software, phone systems, and online chat platforms.
● Must be empathetic, people-oriented, and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
