This is a remote position.

Contract: Independent Contractor
Scope:
  • 40 hours/week with flexible working hours
  • Focus on driving targeted traffic and generating high-quality leads for our services
  • Collaborate with the SEO specialist and other team members for integrated marketing efforts
  • Provide regular, insightful reports on SEM performance and ROI

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage high-performance paid search campaigns for B2B audience
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement sophisticated bidding strategies
  • Craft compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for conversions
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams for a cohesive search strategy
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets for maximum efficiency

Requirements
  • Proven track record in SEM, with a focus on B2B environments in technology or data-related fields
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant PPC platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization techniques specific to B2B lead generation
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing large-scale ad budgets
  • Understanding of the B2B sales cycle and the role of SEM in nurturing leads
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Google Ads and/or Bing Ads certifications preferred
