Job Description:

This role is that of an experienced and dynamic Sr. Director APAC Delivery to lead the off-shore consulting and technical teams towards successful execution and delivery of services to Strada clients. This position will oversee project execution, client satisfaction, resource planning, team building, competition tracking and operational efficiency to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions that align with client expectations and business objectives.

The Sr. Director APAC Delivery will implement and drive an efficient and effective delivery model that ensures customers receive top-level services through direct and partner resources.

As a key change agent, the Sr. Director APAC Delivery will be focused on refining and renewing existing delivery methodology to meet the growth targets and ensure effectiveness and efficiency within the offshore model.

The Sr. Director APAC Delivery will be tasked with driving and supervising internal and external certification programs that maintain excellence in service.

Will be asked to develop and manage sophisticated capacity planning models to ensure Strada properly anticipate and resource engagements in a timely manner that serves customers, while managing costs to drive YoY efficiency and margin improvements combined with meeting customer expectations and SLAs. Ensure the Services plan achieves company goals with continued achievement of the margin targets of the business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Management:
    • Via strong line managers oversees end-to-end delivery processes ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project execution.
    • Develops and implement best practices, delivery frameworks, and processes for successful project management.
    • Ensures alignment of delivery with business goals, client needs, and organizational strategy
    • Ensures alignment of the ProServ Delivery team with on-shore ProServ teams to support business goals
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as an escalation point to key clients, ensuring strong relationships, proactive communication, and client satisfaction, by being a trusted advisor and providing solutions that balance client interests and business objectives
    • Collaborate with sales, product, and technology teams to align delivery outcomes with client requirements.
  • Resource and Capacity Planning:
    • Manage resource allocation across multiple projects to ensure optimal utilization and timely delivery.
    • Forecast capacity needs
    • Develop and Mentor high-performing delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, delivery timelines, and cost optimization.
    • Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor project health, quality, and team performance.
    • Look for innovative and efficient delivery methodologies, project governance frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product management and senior leadership to ensure alignment of delivery plans with business priorities.
  • Innovation:
    • Innovate and develop long-term strategic and operating plans that will contribute in transforming Services into an integral part of the Success model.

  • Leadership: strong ability in guiding, engaging and encouraging managers and teams toward achieving a common goal or set of goals. Foster company culture and core values, coach the team on being accountable, drive positive contributions across the company, create an environment of open feedback and transparency and resulting in the company developing new leaders for the long term. Develop and communicate a services vision that motivates the dept and gives clarity to the field.
  • Analytical: able to observe, research and interpret a situation/process or opportunity to develop complex ideas and solutions. Able to visualize a problem’s complexity, process and organize it. Deconstruct information into smaller categories to draw conclusions, including logical reasoning, critical thinking, communication, research, data analysis and creativity
  • Communication: able to effectively communicate driving engagement and forward-looking vision at all levels.
  • Influencing: Extensive experience of influencing global, regional and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver to challenging timelines
  • Results-focused: understands what is important to employees, customers and management - is committed to achieving goals. Tenacious approach to delivery, quality of output and organization
