About the Role

What’s the mission you’ll drive

Lead and optimize the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and seamless execution of HR processes. As a strategic partner to Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and People Analytics, you will build scalable, audit-ready processes that drive business growth and operational excellence.

What you will do
  • Implemented and enforced People policies and controls to ensure compliance with local labor laws and mitigate risks for both the SaaS and “Addi - Compañía de Financiamiento”

  • Established and executed structured onboarding and offboarding processes that ensure compliance, efficiency, and a seamless employee experience within the first six months, ensuring 100% of employee lifecycle processes are fully documented, legally compliant, and aligned with company policies.

  • Designed, implemented, and continuously optimized the payroll process, ensuring zero errors and execution.

  • Ensured compliance with audit requirements for employee documentation and information within the first three months, guaranteeing that all People Operations processes and records are organized, up to date, and audit-ready.

What we’re looking for
  • People Operations Expertise

    • 7-10 yrs in People Operations, HR, or related fields, with a proven ability to lead both teams and HR processes.

    • Skilled in designing and implementing structured onboarding, offboarding, and workforce planning processes from scratch, ensuring a seamless and compliant employee experience.

    • Proven ability to build and enforce scalable, audit-ready HR processes, ensuring 100% compliance with labor laws and company policies while minimizing risks.

    • Fluent in english.

  • Compliance & Risk Mitigation

    • Proven ability to collaborate with legal team and advisors to drive audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

    • Demonstrated proficiency in conducting people ops audits and risk assessments, ensuring all employee lifecycle processes remain audit-ready and legally sound.

    • Proven ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks in employment contracts, terminations, and workforce planning.

  • Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Proven ability to build, lead, and scale a high-performing People Operations team, ensuring all members are cross-trained and adaptable.

    • Skilled in acting as a strategic partner to Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, ensuring people operations align with business goals.

    • Committed to fostering a culture of accountability, adaptability, and operational excellence, driving continuous improvement across HR processes.

  • Process Optimization

    • Skilled in integrating and optimizing HR systems (BambooHR, Ashby) to ensure compensation structures, contracts, and compliance records are up to date.

    • Demonstrated ability to implement data-driven process improvements, ensuring people ops scalability and operational efficiency.

    • Nice to have: Proven proficiency in automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, HRIS) to streamline people operations workflows and reduce manual workload.

  • Payroll & Compensation Administration

    • Proven ability to design, implement, oversee and continuously optimize payroll operations, ensuring consistent accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in complex payroll structures.

    • Skilled in partnering with cross-functional teams to establish processes for integrating compensation, contracts, and employee data into HR Systems

    A more in-depth conversation with the hiring manager, where we explore your skills, experience, and problem-solving approach. We want to understand how you think and work.

  • Step 4: Case Study (3-5 Days)
    You may receive a real-world challenge or case study to complete. This is a chance to showcase your expertise and how you approach key problems relevant to the role.

  • Step 5: Co-Founder Interview
    If there’s a strong match, you’ll have a final conversation with our Founder to align on expectations, cultural fit and ensure mutual excitement. From there, we’ll move quickly to an offer and discuss next steps.
