As we continue to grow and expand our presence in the digital space, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Director of Content.

As the Director of Content, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision for the style, quality and method of our content programming, production and localization. You will be responsible for designing a high-quality content production strategy and setting up the standard for how Welltech approaches its video content across the globe. You will oversee the quality of our apps content and localization for specific cultures, as well as establishing processes and creating a studio operation capable of producing a variety of video, audio, and visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading a team including creative director, content producers, experts, coaches, writers, editors, cinematographers, and photographers, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content.
Building a localization team that is focused on a deep understanding of the different cultures and countries we serve.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and growth, to produce content that will integrate content seamlessly into our company’s vision and teams’ roadmaps.
Implement processes and workflows to streamline content production, from ideation to distribution, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation and distribution, leveraging insights to enhance our content strategy.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and identify areas for improvement.
Manage relationships with external partners, including content providers and production studios, to supplement in-house content creation efforts.

Required skills:

10+ years of experience in content production strategy, programming and creation, with a focus on direct-to-consumer online content (preferably for apps)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of content experts.
Excellent project management abilities, with a demonstrated track record of successfully executing complex content initiatives.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), digital publishing platforms, and multimedia production tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
