• Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand website design requirements and objectives
  
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize website layouts and user interfaces
  
• Design and develop website graphics, images, icons, and other visual elements
  
• Select and optimize color schemes, typography, and imagery to create cohesive designs
  
• Use coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement design elements
  
• Ensure responsive and mobile-friendly design to enhance user experience across devices
  
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
  
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs
  
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web design and user experience
  
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining design quality
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (Portfolio is a plus)
  
• Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar design role
  
• Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability
  
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for design implementation
  
• Creative thinking and a strong eye for detail
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  
• Ability to interpret design requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs
  
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
• Portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects and skills
