We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and dynamic Web + Graphic Designer to help bring our creator campaigns to life through exceptional web, email, and digital marketing design. In this role, you’ll work across a wide portfolio of content creators, artists, and brands, shaping the visual identity and marketing presence that connects them with their audiences. Your work will play a key role in elevating each brand’s identity through thoughtful, compelling, and optimized storefronts and digital assets.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a sharp eye for detail, a strong grasp of visual storytelling and hierarchy, and the ability to design across a range of styles. A solid understanding of branding and ecommerce best practices is essential, along with a passion for creating work that resonates with and engages creator communities.

Areas You’ll Own
Storefront UI Strategy + Growth
- Understand how creative strategy connects to fan engagement and conversion, knowing how to balance and reflect that back into design.
- Ideate and execute visual strategy and UI ideas with the Manager of Marketing Strategy using an understanding of Juniper standards, community engagement, visual hierarchy and design trends, combined with ecommerce best practices.
- Consistently strive to bring fresh ideas and UI refinements to our creator storefronts based on industry influence, subtle animation and design trends.
Website + Promotional Asset Design
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Brand Strategy teams to define creative campaign direction based on brand voice, community, lifestyle and product, and turn that into intentional storefronts and digital design solutions.
- Plan and create high-quality, optimized storefronts and digital assets, including web banners, email campaigns, social media posts, and supporting promotional materials.
- Adapt to a wide variety of creator aesthetics, ensuring each design follows Juniper and ecommerce standards.
- Edit and retouch product and creator imagery for storefronts, social, and marketing channels with a high level of visual consistency and attention to detail.
Stakeholder Communication + Asset Management
- Develop an independence and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide updates, share previews, and collect feedback.
- Follow Juniper standards for asset organization, file naming and assembling polished templates with strong attention to detail to avoid incorrect links, sharing access, low-quality images or spelling errors.
- Support the final review stage by creating asset review presentations that showcase final marketing deliverables to creators and stakeholders, applying any edits or feedback received.
Qualifications
- A portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design intuition, visual hierarchy, branding, and holistic design thinking.
- Experience in ecommerce website design with a fundamental understanding of UX/UI and mapping user journeys, from landing on the site to completing a purchase, and identifying key touchpoints.
- Excellent understanding of marketing and web design principles like grouping and highlighting products, limiting choices, and optimizing for conversion.
- Experience using website editors like Shopify, Squarespace, and Webflow, and email builders like Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
- Proven ability to switch between various brand aesthetics and tones while maintaining a high level of polish.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, including photo editing and retouching.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects are a plus, but not required.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills are a plus, but not required.
