Drive innovation in product design by crafting intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered digital experiences. This role focuses on transforming complex problems into elegant, accessible, and highly usable solutions that enhance user satisfaction and align with business goals. Through a deep understanding of user behavior, emerging technologies, and design best practices, the Product Designer will shape seamless interactions, scalable design systems, and forward-thinking digital products that elevate the overall experience.

Conduct comprehensive UX research using methodologies such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B prototype testing.

Collaborate with UX researchers to analyze user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Synthesize UX research insights into actionable recommendations and UX/UI strategies.

Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture (IA) to guide design decisions.

Design and refine user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and accessible across different devices and platforms.

Apply fundamental principles of typography, color theory, spacing, and composition to create aesthetically compelling and functionally effective designs.

Develop high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.

Ensure consistency in branding and visual language across products.

Create, expand, and maintain design systems, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and usability standards.

Define reusable UI components, interaction patterns, and style guidelines to promote consistency across digital experiences.

Document design decisions, usage guidelines, and best practices for development teams.

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to define requirements and align design solutions with business goals.

Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and usability testing.

Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.

Advocate for accessibility best practices, ensuring compliance with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).

Leverage AI insights to understand user behavior, identify improvement opportunities, and create personalized experiences.

Use data-driven decision-making to refine interactions and optimize user flows.

Stay informed on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Provide direction, support, and mentorship for junior designers, fostering career development and skill enhancement.

Guide design discussions, facilitate critiques, and contribute to team growth through knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field

Proficiency in Figma (primary design tool) and familiarity with other design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).

Strong understanding of product design principles, including usability, accessibility, and user psychology.

Experience designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end principles to collaborate effectively with development teams.

Experience working with and contributing to design systems.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
