Workday Systems Analyst — Remote
Our client in the insurance industry has an open position for a skilled professional to support HR digital solutions and Workday system management. This opportunity offers the chance to work remotely, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team focused on optimizing HR technology and enhancing employee experiences.
What is in it for you:
• Salaried: $58 to $60 per hour.
• Incorporated Business Rate: $68 to $70 per hour.
• 13-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy sustainable Workday configuration solutions in a mature, complex Workday ecosystem.
• Define and refine technical requirements, ensuring focus on high-value, high-impact work.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements to optimize HR processes, drive automation, and improve user experience in talent management and development.
• Maintain accurate system documentation, including workflows, configurations, and procedures, to support knowledge sharing and system maintenance.
• Ensure accuracy and organization of tickets within the JIRA system.
• Engage in the Workday Community platform to stay updated on enhancements and best practices.
• Support job offer template updates, business process optimization, conceptualizing condition rules, and process redesign.
What you will need to succeed:
• 4+ years of experience in Workday configuration, particularly with the Workday Recruiting module in a global organization.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in offer letters, recruiting business processes, and complex condition rules.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Security and Reporting, including domain setup, dashboards, and advanced reporting for recruiting.
• Experience working in a global environment with multiple job posting templates, job change templates, and implementing recruiting modules across different regions.
• Proficiency in process redesign, calculated fields with deep nested calculations, and advanced reporting/dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with Workday, JIRA Cloud, and Microsoft technologies.
• Attention to detail to ensure data integrity and quality while handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of learning new technologies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and managing priorities efficiently.
• Experience supporting HR-related processes; knowledge of agile practices is an asset.
