Warranty Services Coordinator

The mission of the Warranty Services Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of project services coordination. The role will be focused on working with technical delivery resources as well as interacting with the customer to schedule and coordinate work efforts. The coordinator may also assist in sign-off gathering from clients and managing the PO submissions to delivery partners.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating expectations and goals with clients about project activities
• Delegating tasks to appropriate team members
• Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget
• Organizing third-party providers and vendors to deliver project elements
• Overseeing the delivery of projects and adjusting as necessary to ensure they are delivered to specifications and high standards
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers to gauge satisfaction and success
• Working with account managers and service leaders to ensure project details are well-communicated throughout the organization
• Assign purchase orders to vendor third parties working on projects
• Tracking all project details on a master sheet/tool for proper progress tracking

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in related field (Business, Technology, Project Management)
• Entry level role 1-3 years of work experience in related field or position

Required Skills:

• Mid-level proficiency in Office 365 suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong organization skills
• Strong time management skills
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills
