How you’ll help

As a technology leader Jellyvision recognizes the importance of partnerships with other industry leaders. The VP of Product Partnerships will be a key contributor within the team responsible for expanding our network of integrated partners and managing relationships with our current partners. These relationships are crucial to the success of our business, and you’ll be the face of Jellyvision to these partners.  

What you’ll do

  • Set and drive big-picture partnership strategies that fuel revenue, product innovation, and long-term success—ensuring Jellyvision and our partners win together.
  • Lead partners toward real, measurable impact by setting clear objectives, keeping things on track, and making sure everyone’s rowing in the same direction.
  • Lead strategic conversations with partners—solving problems, unlocking new opportunities, and making sure we’re always moving forward to mutual growth. 
  • Deepen and expand relationships with key stakeholders & influencers within our ecosystem, positioning Jellyvision as the partner of choice.
  • Champion the strategic value of partnerships within Jellyvision, connecting dots across teams, influencing priorities, and making sure partnerships stay front and center. 
  • Recruit, activate & train new partners to have a full understanding of their role (and responsibilities) within the Jellyvision partner ecosystem.  
  • Serve as a go-to expert on Jellyvision’s partner network, enabling seamless integration with internal teams and ensuring alignment with revenue and product strategies.  
  • Advocate for the power of partnerships, helping the rest of Jellyvision see how this function fuels our success and getting the support we need to keep growing.

Experience & skills you’ll need

15+ years of experience working with technology partnerships in the HR Tech environment.  Specific experience with systems of record is required.Proven ability to act as an industry and ecosystem expert within the HR Tech environment. Proven track record of recruiting and managing partners, integration partners, referral partnersExperience negotiating partnership agreements Superior presentation and speaking skillsAbility to present strategic value to the executive suiteAbility to work cross-functionally with various teams (i.e. legal, product, sales, implementation)Familiarity with CRM & PRM software

The Details 

  • Location: Remote 
  • Starting Salary: $175,000 - $200,000 base salary
  • This position is commission eligible
