Description

The VP, Business Development is responsible for acquiring new business revenue for Repario Data, including associated forecasting, tracking and reporting. This client-facing position is responsible for identifying opportunities to deliver Repario Data products and services, crafting solutions to meet complex client needs, and working with internal teams to ensure that client needs are communicated and satisfied. Our ideal candidate can help build our growing brand awareness and promote Repario Data as a top-tier provider of information governance and eDiscovery solutions.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and Execute a personal revenue plan
  • Build a client target list and expected revenue plan
  • Establish a robust pipeline of active opportunities
  • Meet or exceed assigned annualized revenue quotas
  • Client Acquisition and Retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new client prospects
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote long-term client partnerships for Repario Data
  • Tracking and Account Hygiene
  • Maintain compliance with internal sales pipeline tracking protocols, ensuring appropriate visibility into active deals
  • Marketing, Conferences and Events
  • Provide support for thought leadership and other marketing content development efforts, including partnership around targeted new marketing campaigns
  • Support Repario Data’s conference and event presence, ensuring a strong ROI in event investments
Requirements
  • BA/BS, JD or other relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ of experience in litigation, eDiscovery or legal technology sales or revenue generation with a strong track record of success in quota attainment
  • Proficient with industry-standard CRM tools, including Salesforce, Hubspot, etc..
  • Experience managing the RFP process, including use of relevant technologies (e.g. RFPIO)
  • Exemplary analytical and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information succinctly and visually
  • Strong leadership skills, great collaboration skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment

Salary Description
$125,000 - $175,000 (Base plus Commission)
