Required Qualifications:8+ years in software testing, including at least 3 years in a leadership positionExpertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)Strong programming skills in Python, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, or similar languagesExperience in unit testing frameworks (e.g., RSpec, Jest, PyUnit, Junit, etc.)Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured, K6)Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Buildkite, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience leading and mentoring test automation engineersProven ability to work cross-functionally and align testing efforts with business goalsExcellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detailNice to Have Qualifications:Experience in performance and security testingFamiliarity with AI-driven testing toolsExperience in the InsurTech or FinTech industryCompensation and Benefits:
