Job Summary
Lead a team of cross-functional professionals for a specific period to deliver high-quality technology solutions to the business. Facilitate collaboration to create and agree upon a plan for delivering a solution, and then establish a baseline for ongoing tracking, whether by scope or functionality. The team will follow the chosen project management methodology and standard procedures to deliver the solution, consistently keeping the project team and stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and strategies to address those challenges.Job Description

Minimum Requirements:
Tech Project Manager (SG7):
Education: Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, or related technical field is required.
Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
Tech Project Manager Senior (SG8):
Education: Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, or related technical field is required.
Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience/Skills:
Ability to complete and coordinate all project tasks and deliverables to ensure customer satisfaction, timely completion, and quality of deliverables.
Ability to ensure overall project success.
Ability to integrate different teams (co-sourcing, system integrator, business unit, and product vendors) in a remote model.
Ability to assess project risks and develop timely, proactive plans to mitigate those risks.
Candidate should have a working knowledge of established project management principles to support the PMO structure; PMP certification is preferred but not required.
Experience in Finance Portfolio is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with tools (e.g., Stakeholder Analysis, SIPOC) and processes for managing change is preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: PMP and Agile certifications are preferred but not required.
Compensation:
Tech Project Manager (SG7): $85,081.00-$106,352.50 USD
Tech Project Manager Senior(SG8): $96,110.00-$124,940.00 USD

$96,110.00-124,940.00 USDCandidates will be considered based on their qualifications and the candidate’s ability to work from an approved work location.
