Were seeking a Technical Writer to help our internal teams and external clients understand and effectively use our Digital Marketing Platform. This role requires a blend of technical writing expertise and marketing savvy, ensuring our content is clear, engaging, and aligned with EyeCarePros brand and goals.

Youll be responsible for creating and updating help documents, crafting marketing materials, and promoting platform features in a way that is both technically accurate and user-friendly. Youll work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly update online help documents to reflect new features and tools with clarity and accuracy.
• Create newsletters and marketing materials that highlight new platform features in an engaging, client-friendly manner.
• Develop and distribute announcements for new features, balancing technical detail with approachable language.
• Write and edit content for emails, newsletters, and website updates, ensuring both technical accuracy and marketing appeal.
• Ensure all communications are clear, client-focused, and encourage feature adoption.
• Maintain consistent messaging and tone across all written materials.
• Translate complex product features into easy-to-understand language for clients and staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or marketing communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on technical accuracy and clarity.
• Proven ability to create user-friendly technical materials and help documents.
• Experience simplifying technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a marketing team.

Specific Requirements:

• Standard working hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
• All work is remote you can work from anywhere, but you'll need to provide:
  • Your own computer, monitors, and necessary equipment.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Load-shedding equipment (if applicable).
