Position:
Technical Account Manager - CloudHealth

Job Description:

The Technical Account Manager - CloudHealth is responsible for working with sales reps, business partners and end users to create systems configurations based on customer requirements to ultimately retain and grow the cloud spend within an account.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creates systems configurations based on customer requirements, offers product recommendations and runs alternative configurations that may present a better solution to the customer.
  • Responsible for working with sales reps, business partners and end users to resolve design configuration issues and run revisions. Trains sales reps and partner engineers on configuration tools and how to use them, as well as provides pre-sales product training.
  • Keeps up to date with new CloudHealth products updates that are introduced and maintains product certifications.
  • Prepares technical presentations and CloudHealth trainings to partners on products and solutions and provides product demonstrations to show how a product meets client needs.
  • Educate end users, partners, inside sales, and other technicians on CloudHealth platform usage and solution.
  • This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan.  A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$177,000-216,000 CAD OTE
