We are currently searching for a Sr Technical Architect :

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
• Define and enforce best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Architect cloud-native solutions using Azure services such as Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, App Services, and DevOps.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing strategies.
• Conduct code reviews, architectural assessments, and technology evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and compliance standards.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance the technology landscape.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in an architectural leadership role.
• Expertise in .NET Core, C#, React.js, and Azure Cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of Azure PaaS offerings, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure API Management, and Serverless computing.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL Server and Cosmos DB.
• Strong experience in front-end technologies, including React.js, TypeScript, Redux, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM templates).
• Experience leading Agile development teams and working in Scrum/Kanban environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired 

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect certification.
• Experience with AI/ML integration in applications.
• Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks (Angular) is a plus.
• Prior experience in financial, healthcare, or enterprise applications development.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
