About the Team 
Finance and Accounting at Clari forms the backbone of strategic decision-making by employing rigorous analysis, relevant reporting, and sound financial management. About the Role 
We are looking for a BI Developer / Analytics Engineer to help transform raw data into actionable insights through scalable data models and visualization solutions. The ideal candidate has strong experience with SQL, familiarity with Python and is proficient in modern data stack tools such as Snowflake, dbt, ThoughtSpot or similar. This role will bridge the gap between data engineering and analytics, ensuring data is well-structured, accessible, and optimized for business intelligence and reporting.

 This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in Poland. Candidates must be based in Poland and be able to travel to the office in Kraków as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain dbt models to transform and structure data for analytics and reporting
  • Design, build, and optimize SQL-based data models in Snowflake to support business intelligence needs
  • Develop and maintain ThoughtSpot dashboards and self-service analytics capabilities for business users
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure high-quality, reliable, and well-documented data models
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across reporting and analytics solutions
  • Enable business stakeholders with adoption of self-service analytics using NLP solutions in ThoughtSpot
  • Define and implement best practices for analytics governance, security, and efficiency
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable solutions

  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working with SQL for data transformation and modeling
  • Experience with Python for automation and data manipulation
  • Proficiency with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
  • Experience working with ThoughtSpot or other BI tools for visualization and self-service analytics
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and performance optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset
  • Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for analytics workflows
  • Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering for BI projects
