Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Full-time, 40 hours / week
  • Mon-Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm Texas time with 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create high-quality content, including graphics, short videos, reels, and captions tailored to Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Manage and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Engage with followers daily—responding to comments, messages, and fostering community interaction.
  • Monitor social media trends, analytics, and audience insights to optimize content and engagement.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand partners to expand reach.
  • Design visually appealing graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
  • Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar video editing software.
  • Keep the camera on throughout the shift for communication and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish & English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in social media management & content creation (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, engagement strategies, and audience growth tactics.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Experience with video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create culturally relevant content.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with paid social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc).
  • Comfortable keeping the camera on during working hours.
