CSG is seeking an experienced DevOps engineer to join our Digital Channels R&D team. This role will involve working as part of a larger team that supports multiple development organizations and many global customers.  The ideal candidate will bring a versatile skill set, capable of navigating complex cloud environments while fostering best practices around continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer II - DevOps Versatilist who will:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable architecture for both cloud-based and hybrid applications.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth software release cycles.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripts or tools to improve efficiency in operations.
• Monitor system health and respond proactively to incidents ensuring minimal downtime.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends in DevOps practices and technologies.
• Contribute to the overall strategy for integrating DevOps best practices across multiple development teams.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who has:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role or similar capacity.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or Subversion.
• Experience with Linux server environments.
• Solid scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Proficiency in English in a business environment.
