  • Create eye-catching, shareable content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Craft compelling captions and select strategic hashtags to maximize post reach and engagement
  • Edit and optimize raw visual assets (images and videos) to create stunning posts and reels
  • Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule and coordinate posts across platforms
  • Actively engage with our audience by promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
  • Monitor social media trends and platform algorithm changes, adapting our strategy to stay ahead of the curve
  • Generate and analyze regular reports on social media performance, providing actionable insights to drive growth
  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure social media efforts align with overall business goals and values
  • Manage and grow our online community, fostering meaningful connections with our followers and potential clients
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management for businesses, preferably in the healthcare or service industry
  • Strong creative skills with a keen eye for visually appealing content and engaging storytelling
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and platform-specific nuances
  • Experience with basic image and video editing tools
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting
