Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

A bit about the role…

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations Team. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing, sales and customer success processes, leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth, improve performance, and ensure alignment across the entire revenue engine.

As a Senior Analyst, you will be a trusted Business Partner for Senior GTM Leadership, responsible for providing actionable insights, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting decision-making across the entire GTM engine. The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will also collaborate closely with Revenue Operations Leadership to drive continuous improvements in revenue systems and processes.

WHO YOU ARE 
  • 5+ years of analysis experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.

  • Expertise with CRM systems, specifically SalesForce, ideally including SFDC certifications.

  • Proven expertise in the following areas pertaining to Salesforce CRM: automation flows, reports and dashboards, lists, data hierarchies, objects, and importing data to update existing records or create new ones.

  • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (ex: pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, IF statements, filters) 

  • A deep understanding of B2B sales, marketing and customer success including process, content and technology; e.g. Marketo, Gong, Hubspot/Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Sales Navigator, Gainsight, etc.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;

  • Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;

  • Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Data, Analytics & Insights:

  • Establish a consistent business reporting cadence and create relevant reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and drive revenue growth.  This includes tracking and measuring key metrics such as marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, territory management, pipeline generation, opportunity management and account management

  • Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of data across our revenue platforms. Develop automated reporting processes to streamline recurring analytics and performance reviews.

  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, lead nurturing programs and customer growth. Provide recommendations for improving targeting, engagement, and ROI.

  • Utilize whitespace analysis to identify untapped market opportunities, driving strategic initiatives that result in substantial customer growth.

Process Optimization & Workflows:

  • Capture and document revenue processes, data flows, standard operating procedures, and project requirements to identify areas for improvement and uncover bottlenecks in the GTM workflows.

  • Identify areas for improvement in revenue workflows, and lead initiatives to streamline processes, enhance automation, and boost overall efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, customer success and finance teams to align goals, objectives, and tactics. Ensure that marketing strategies are fully integrated into the sales process and that sales teams have the necessary support and resources.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and sales initiatives to drive actionable improvements.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on capacity, territory, and annual planning, collaborating closely with GTM leaders across the revenue organization.

  • Lead communication and reporting efforts to ensure stakeholders are informed on key metrics and results.

  • Proactively communicate updates, priorities, and progress

Market & Competitive Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats to the business.

  • Analyze competitor activities and customer behavior to inform sales and marketing strategies.

  • Identify and prioritize emerging verticals and geographic markets for targeted growth opportunities.

  • Provide insights that help drive smarter decisions for product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and customer engagement.
