Secure Code Warrior (SCW) is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and the broader market (customers, prospects, and industry landscape) to ensure that our products are positioned clearly, effectively, and in a manner that resonates with our target audiences. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, buyer personas, and competitor landscape to shape and drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging, and product launch plans.This role will report to the Global VP of Marketing and build a strong partnership with leaders in product management and other business functions to lead product positioning and messaging development to ensure alignment across business functions, and create compelling content to support product launches, customer enablement, and market campaigns. Your expertise will help us strengthen our product’s positioning in the market, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the creation and continuous refinement of SCW’s product positioning and messaging, ensuring it resonates with customer pain points, value propositions, and industry needs.
Lead the planning and execution of GTM strategies for new product launches or major updates, ensuring alignment with product management and other cross-functional teams.
Create internal and external enablement materials from messaging houses and demo videos to pitch decks and FAQs documents to ensure consistent messaging across sales, marketing, and customer-facing functions.
Develop tailored messaging for customer personas and specific use cases to drive differentiation in the market and create marketing materials like blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and videos.
Convert technical product features into clear, benefits-focused messaging that appeals to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Conduct market research and leverage customer insights to inform and evolve messaging based on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
Leverage customer insights to create compelling customer stories, testimonials, and case studies that highlight the product’s value.
Provide ongoing insights into market conditions, vertical trends, and customer needs to inform messaging, product development, and marketing strategy.
Use win/loss analysis and market research to identify new opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of B2B product marketing experience, with a strong track record of developing and executing GTM strategies and campaigns
Previous experience in SaaS and Appsec or cybersecurity required
Strong knowledge of product positioning, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
Proven ability to create high-impact messaging and compelling content for diverse audiences, from technical users to C-level executives.
Demonstrated success in leading product launches and cross-functional collaboration.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex product features into customer-centric messaging.
Experience using data and market research to inform strategic decisions and marketing campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success.
