Job description

Today, we live in a world where everything has become convenient. Now you can get a ride anywhere, buy anything, answer any question with just a couple clicks on your phone. Convenience isn’t a luxury, it’s an expectation.

So why not renting? It’s still a chore to get utilities set up, buy renters insurance, get air filters changed, handle pest control, and more.

That’s why we’ve built the world’s first Resident Experience Platform that makes resident onboarding, resident services, and ancillary revenue effortless for property managers.

We’re passionate about turning friction into triple win experiences for residents, property managers, and investors. That way renting can be easy and rewarding for everyone.

And now you can join us. Apply today to join 200+ passionate, creative people who strive to make a difference each day so residents, property managers, and investors all win.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Command Center platform—a critical internal tool that powers our product configuration, business operations and supports the delivery of exceptional experiences to our customers. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead the charge in transforming Command Center into a scalable, intuitive, and indispensable platform for our teams.

What Success Looks Like

Your success in this role will be measured by the outcomes you deliver. Here’s what we’re aiming for:

  • Streamline Operations: Reduce operational inefficiencies by 30% by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in workflows, making it easier for teams to get their work done.
  • Make Data Work for Us: Enable real-time access to critical data by integrating Command Center with key internal systems and Gen AI capabilities.
  • Scale with Confidence: Build features that allow Command Center to handle increased complexity as we grow, ensuring it remains a reliable backbone for our operations.
  • Delight Stakeholders: Improve internal CSAT by 20% by delivering a platform that’s not just functional but a joy to use.
What You’ll Do
  • Own the Product: Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap and KPIs for Command Center, ensuring it aligns with business goals and delivers meaningful outcomes.
  • Solve Real Problems: Partner with teams across the company to deeply understand their needs, identify pain points, and prioritize solutions that have the biggest impact.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to prototype, validate, and deliver features that matter.
  • Execute Relentlessly: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring we deliver high-quality features on time and continuously improve the platform.
  • Be the Voice of the User: Advocate for our internal teams by gathering feedback, aligning priorities, and ensuring Command Center meets their needs.
What You Bring
  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or platform development. You’ve shipped products that solve real problems and deliver measurable results.
  • A Strategic Mindset: You can see the big picture and connect the dots between product initiatives and business goals, all while keeping an eye on the details.
  • A Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in cross-functional environments and know how to bring people together to get things done.
  • A Bias for Action: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, make decisions, and move things forward—even when the path isn’t perfectly clear.
  • Technical Fluency: You don’t need to write code, but you should be comfortable discussing APIs, data integration, and backend systems. Bonus points if you’ve worked with property management software or internal tools.

We get it. Requirements can sometimes hold people back from applying to a job, but don’t let that be the case here. If you believe you have the skills it takes to elevate this role, team, and company, we encourage you to apply for this role.

Why This Role Matters
