We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead and scale content operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality data processing at speed and scale. You will oversee content acquisition, structuring, and quality control, ensuring SLAs are met while continuously improving workflows and automation.
This role is suited for someone who thrives in high-volume operations, understands vendor management, and is experienced in workflow automation. You will work closely with product, business intelligence, and customer teams to refine how data is structured and presented, making a direct impact on the overall product experience. Vendor management will also be a key focus, ensuring outsourced teams operate efficiently and deliver consistently high-quality results.

Lead content workflows from acquisition to quality control, ensuring structured, accurate, and timely data processing.
Own SLAs and performance tracking, continuously improving processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Manage and mentor a team, providing both strategic direction and hands-on support.
Oversee outsourced vendors, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality delivery and accountability.
Use SQL, BI tools, and automation to streamline operations, reduce manual work, and improve workflows.
Collaborate with product and BI teams to refine data structuring and integration.
Monitor key performance indicators, identify bottlenecks, and implement best practices for high-volume content operations.

You have at least five years of experience in content operations, data processing, or large-scale customer service management.
You have at least three years of leadership experience in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments.
You have experience managing SLAs, quality control, and outsourced vendors.
You are proficient in SQL and BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to track and optimize workflows.
You have worked with workflow automation and ticketing systems like Zendesk.
You have strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
You want to lead and optimize a function that directly influences product experience and business success.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where you can drive measurable improvements.
You thrive in cross-functional collaboration with product, BI, and vendors to enhance content quality and automation.
