Your role at Hostinger
As a Senior Landing Page Copywriter, you’ll craft high-performing website copy that drives action. You’ll write persuasive, CRO-focused landing pages, optimize existing ones, and test new messaging approaches to increase conversion rates. Working closely with the Writers Team Lead, CRO, SEO, and Product teams, you’ll create copy that not only captures attention but also turns clicks into conversions.

Your day-to-day
Write and optimize landing page copy that persuades, engages, and converts. This includes crafting compelling headlines and CTAs that capture attention and drive action.
Develop and test website messaging through A/B experiments to maximize conversion rates.
Ensure website copy connects with its target audience, evoking emotions, inspiring trust, and prompting engagement.
Continuously improve website copy based on performance data, user behavior insights, and testing results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRO, SEO, Product, and Design) to align messaging with marketing goals.
Stay on top of industry trends and competitor strategies to refine and enhance our web copy.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
What we expect from you
4+ years of experience in CRO-focused copywriting, landing page copywriting, or website messaging.
Full proficiency in written English, with expertise in US English copywriting.
Proven experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and persuasive writing techniques.
Strong grasp of web UX, user psychology, and how messaging influences the buyer’s journey.
Ability to craft high-converting, action-driven copy while balancing user experience and business goals.
Deep understanding of digital products—their features, audiences, and value propositions.
Ability to stay updated on product changes and adapt messaging accordingly to maintain relevance and accuracy.
Familiarity with SEO principles (not mandatory, but a plus) and a willingness to learn.
