Position Summary

The Senior Director of Quality is responsible for overseeing clinical quality, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives across all service locations and disciplines. This leadership role ensures that all clinical services adhere to the highest standards of ABA, SLP, and OT practice, regulatory compliance, and ethical guidelines. The role will drive continuous quality improvement efforts and support the professional development of clinicians to enhance service delivery. 

Key Responsibilities

ABA Quality Assurance & Compliance
  • Develop the strategy and lead the implementation of a comprehensive Quality Assurance Program to monitor and enhance the effectiveness of ABA services.

  • Ensure compliance with BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) ethical guidelines, HIPAA, and payor regulatory standards.

  • Conduct internal audits and quality reviews, addressing any deficiencies with corrective action plans.

  • Stay current on state and federal regulations affecting ABA therapy and ensure organizational compliance.

  • Oversee clinical documentation standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with payor requirements.

Multidisciplinary Clinical Outcomes & Performance Improvement
  • Develop a strategy and oversee implementation of a data-driven quality improvement initiative that drives ABA, SLP and OT desired client outcomes.

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical effectiveness, client progress, and staff performance across all three disciplines that helps direct future program initiatives 

  • Partner with clinical leadership to refine treatment models and ensure evidence-based best practices.

Training & Staff Development
  • Oversee clinical training and competency programs to ensure staff proficiency in Multidisciplinary methodologies.

  • Oversee the success and continuous improvement of the MeBe Candidate Program, ensuring compliance with BACB requirements and preparedness among candidates to pass the BCBA exam.

  • Support leadership development initiatives to build a strong, ethical, and high-performing clinical team.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
  • Serve as a thought leader in quality improvement and clinical excellence within the organization.

  • Collaborate with payors, accreditation bodies, and state agencies to align quality initiatives with industry expectations.

  • Act as an advisor to executive leadership, providing insights on compliance, and quality trends.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and client-centered care.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement compliance measures.

  • Evangelize MeBe’s commitment to quality in campaigns to referral partners.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.

  • 5+ years of experience as a BCBA, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on quality improvement.

  • Strong knowledge of clinical best practices in the ABA field.

  • Experience implementing data-driven quality improvement programs.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in healthcare compliance and training.

  • Familiarity with Central Reach and data analytics for quality improvement.

  • Strong knowledge of payor guidelines, and regulatory requirements in the ABA field.

  • Competitive salary based on experience, $110,000- $115,000
