Job description

On January 14th, 2025, InductiveHealth and Envision Technology Partners (“Envision”) completed an exciting transaction whereby InductiveHealth (and its private equity partner Diversis) acquired Envision. Envision is a Public Health software development and consulting firm. Since 2001, Envision has been offering an enterprise-level public health product suite as well as custom software development and consulting services to federal, state, and local government agencies around the country and across the globe.

We can currently only hire candidates in the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, New Jersey, Texas, and Wisconsin

We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for our immunization information system software products to join our expanding national team with headquarters in Greenwood Village, CO. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with hands-on experience collaborating within Scrum teams to deliver product updates. They possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to help the world be a healthier place to live in, and a keen interest in public health technology. This position reports to: Director of Product Management

What you'll be doing:
  • Define and document detailed software and data requirements, including workflows, story maps, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop business process flow diagrams using tools such as Visio to illustrate and improve workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements through interviews, feedback sessions, and team brainstorming activities.
  • Conduct root cause analyses to identify key issues and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Actively contribute to refinement and planning meetings with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and other team members to ensure work is clearly defined and aligned.
  • Proactively remove blockers for the team and provide timely support for their questions.
  • Review in-progress work to verify it aligns with the required objectives.
  • Present and demonstrate new product features to internal teams and external stakeholders, gathering valuable feedback and driving user adoption.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, such as workflows, user guides, and requirement specifications.
  • Update documentation to reflect changes in processes, workflows, and analysis approaches.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for designated product areas.
  • Share product expertise with internal teams and customers through informative presentations, live demonstrations, and responsive support.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage expectations and address stakeholder concerns effectively.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in business analysis.
  • Recommend and implement best practices to enhance business analysis processes and outcomes.

  • What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile (Scrum) methodologies and processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools for requirements gathering, including Azure DevOps, Visio, MS Project, and Excel.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with internal teams, external stakeholders, and executive audiences.
  • Multitasking Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining focus and efficiency.
  • Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Systems Understanding: Quick to understand existing systems and assess the impact of changes on workflows and integrations.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Learning Agility: Self-motivated to stay current with the latest technologies, tools, and industry trends.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Focused on understanding and addressing end-user needs to deliver value-driven solutions.

  • What will make you stand out?
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI or other data analysis tools.
  • Strong ability to extract and analyze data using SQL
  • Target Salary Bands: Each team member’s compensation decisions are based on several inputs, and we expect many of the candidates who are offered positions to fall within the advertised salary band. We recognize that the team member hired may be less (or more) experienced than the posted job description therefore impacting compensation decisions.

    Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience and qualifications.

    Physical Requirements
    Prolonged sitting; infrequent to occasional walking or standing. Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment deemed necessary for the position. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds. Ability to work in a normal office environment.

    Envision Technology Partners’ standard business hours are from 8am to 5pm Mountain Time Monday through Friday, with the exception of the approved Federal Holidays. While staff may have an approved work schedule outside of this timeframe, it is expected that employees will be able to participate in business activities during these hours with the exception of approved leave (e.g., PTO, Holidays, etc.) It may be required occasionally as well for staff to participate in client-driven activities outside of the company’s standard business hours.
