We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate our sales team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales operations, driving performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring the sales team, implementing sales strategies, and fostering a positive and productive sales culture. This position requires strong leadership skills, a results-driven mindset, and a proven track record in sales management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Set clear sales targets, objectives, and KPIs for the team and monitor their performance.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance the team's selling skills.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, and provide guidance on effective sales techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and best practices within the team.
  • Foster a positive sales culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.



Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar sales management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, strategies, and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a high-performing team.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to the company's products and services.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
