Job description

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities, handling leads, nurturing relationships, and ensuring a seamless buying experience for our customers.
Your goal is to convert inquiries into sales, upsell where possible, and drive revenue growth for My Home Design. Additionally, you will be the main point of contact for existing customers, ensuring they receive timely updates and quick responses to any queries regarding their orders.

Lead Generation & Sales Outreach
  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers through various channels.
  • Qualify leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume.
  • Research and target new B2C and B2B customers, including interior designers, developers, and trade clients.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Ensure a high-touch customer service approach, responding promptly to queries.
Order Processing, Customer Queries & Follow-Ups
  • Manage and track the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to payment.
  • Be responsible for answering customer inquiries regarding their orders, deliveries, and status updates.
  • Follow up on pending quotes, invoices, and outstanding payments.
  • Ensure customers are informed about delivery timelines and order status.
Upselling & Cross-Selling
  • Identify upselling opportunities to increase order value.
  • Recommend complementary products based on customer preferences.
Showroom Sales Support & Appointments
  • Encourage showroom visits and assist customers with private appointments.
  • Coordinate with the in-store team (if applicable) to ensure a seamless experience.
Sales Reporting & Targets
  • Track and report sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
Performance & Sales Expectations
  • You thrive in a high-performance sales environment, consistently working towards ambitious revenue targets.

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
  • CRM & Sales Management Tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Omnichannel tools to streamline communication across multiple platforms
  • E-commerce platforms for invoicing: Shopify and Xero
  • WhatsApp, SMS, Calls & Email for direct customer communication

  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to track multiple customer orders.
  • Strong follow-up skills to ensure all customer inquiries are resolved promptly.

Additional Job Details:
  • Set-up and Location: WFH/Remote
  • Work Schedule: 9:00AM to 6:00PM (AEST) | 7:00AM to 4:00PM (PH)
  • Employment Type: Full-time
