Medical Sales Closer (Commission-Only) – Aesthetics & Medical Industry

We are expanding our sales team with elite closers who are ready to take on a high-impact role in a competitive industry.

The Role
We are seeking a Medical Sales Closer to take ownership of full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing, while working with a high-quality list of clinics and providers. You'll start with SDR responsibilities, sharpening your outreach skills before transitioning fully into a closing role.

This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential for the right closer ($100K+/yr potential for top closers)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Cold Outreach: Engage with aesthetic and medical clinics via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.
  • Appointment Setting: Proactively schedule and manage your own sales calls using targeted clinic lists provided by the company.
  • Sales & Closing: Utilize a proven sales framework to close deals effectively and hit revenue targets.
  • Client Transition: Seamlessly hand off new clients to the onboarding team post-sale.
  • Follow-Up & Nurturing: Maintain and develop relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Reporting & Collaboration: Handle admin tasks, track pipeline progress, and collaborate with the team for training and strategy.
  • Daily Training: Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and become an elite closer.


Who You Are:

  • Experienced: Minimum 2+ years in medical or aesthetic sales (non-negotiable). You must be able to demonstrate past performance with exact results.
  • Driven Closer: You have a proven track record of closing high-ticket deals and hitting aggressive sales targets.
  • Independent & Resourceful: You thrive in a performance-based environment and take ownership of your pipeline.
  • Strong Communicator: You know how to build relationships, handle objections, and close decisively.
  • Competitive & Resilient: You see challenges as opportunities and always find a way to win.


The Details:

  • Compensation: 100% commission ($100K+/yr potential for top closers).
  • Hours: Full-time (minimum 40 hours per week).
  • Location: Remote (U.S. or Canada preferred).
