Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, fostering client relationships, and promoting our residential cleaning services. This role requires strong sales skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with warm leads within the residential cleaning services sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.

• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the cleaning, hygiene, or related industries.

• Previous experience working remotely.

• Proficiency in CRM systems.

• Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently while effectively managing a sales pipeline.

• Resilient and able to handle objections professionally.

• Availability to work over the festive period.

• Willingness to work one weekend shift per month (fully compensated with time off in lieu).

• Own laptop required (minimum 8GB RAM, Windows 11, and 12th Gen i3 processor or equivalent).

• Stable internet connection suitable for remote work.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: R8,000 per month

• Uncapped commission structure

• On-target earnings of up to R25,000 per month
