As a Sales Planning Analyst, you will be a critical part of the Revenue Operations team, driving strategic sales planning, commission analysis, and performance reporting. You will support annual and ongoing sales planning initiatives, optimize tools and budgets, and provide data-driven insights that help shape sales efficiency and growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

How you'll add value:
  • Own the administration and optimization of Adaptive Planning, ensuring accurate sales forecasts and capacity planning. 
  • Oversee Travel & Expense (T&E) ramp reporting to monitor spend and compliance. 
  • Manage sales tools budget, reviewing and reporting on spend efficiency. 
  • Own headcount moves, ensuring accurate tracking and alignment with business objectives. 
  • Support the annual strategic planning (GTM) process, including quota and territory assignments, revenue forecasting, and sales capacity planning. 
  • Manage and maintain commission modeling, reporting, and monthly commission processing and annual planning 
  • Maintain and enhance the commissions planning and incentives documentation process in Domo. 
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting on sales performance, efficiency, and revenue trends. 
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

  • What you'll need to be successful in this role:
  • 4+ years of ever-increasing responsibility in Sales Planning, FP&A, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience with Sales Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning tools
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must have
  • Strong background in commission analysis, sales compensation, or incentive modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis, is required
  • Strong experience using Salesforce.com 
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, or SQL
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • This position has a salary range of $105,000-$130,000 per year. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
